- If your shipment weighs more than 300 kg, we offer free collection in any city in Switzerland.
- If your shipment weighs less than 300 kg but you don't want to bring it to our warehouse, don't worry! We offer a collection service for a very affordable price.
What is Miscellaneous?
Cuban Customs classifies as miscellaneous items such as: footwear, clothing, costume jewelry, food, lingerie, perfumery, toiletries or household products, and other similar items.
You can ship up to 50 kg of these products.
Important: Packages of miscellaneous items up to 3 kg are exempt from import tax in Cuba. Packages exceeding this weight are subject to the corresponding tax, which is already included in the price of our service. You do not need to pay anything additional.
What is tax-free for import via shipments?
- All miscellaneous shipments whose weight does not exceed 3 KG.
- Shipments of manufactured pharmaceutical products whose weight does not exceed 10 KG.
- Wheelchairs for disabled people. Prostheses, when they replace or substitute an organ or part of it.
- Shipments of food and personal hygiene items whose weight does not exceed 20 kg
- Equipment, books, or materials intended for the blind.
What can I send?
Here you will find the document published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cuba on July 28, 2022. This section specifies the value of the products and the permitted quantities. It should be noted that only goods with a customs value not exceeding USD 500 are allowed as shipments.
